Taylor Hinds has signed with Arsenal on a free transfer from Liverpool.
Having made her way through the Arsenal academy she left the club in 2018 and moved to Merseyside to gain some much needed minutes and experience.
Alongside fellow teammate Chloe Kelly she made the move to Everton, where she played 24 times for the Toffees before she left the team in 2020.
However, she did not move far, signing for Liverpool in July 2020, where she spent two seasons in the FA Women’s Championship, the latter of which she won and earned promotion into the Women’s Super League. She then further earned the vice-captaincy in 2023, captaining the team on many occasions. After racking up 102 caps for the side, it was announced she would be leaving upon the expiry of her contract.
On the international stage, Hinds has represented England in the youth age divisions, most notably being a part of the team that took home bronze in the FIFA U-20s World Cup in 2018, before deciding to represent Jamaica at senior level where she received her first call up in October 2024, where she earned her first cap in a friendly against France.
Now after 7 years away, she’s back where it all began.
Taylor Hinds on the topic of her move to Arsenal, said:
“This club, as a whole, wants to push for more. I want to push for more. I’m just buzzing to be here.”
